Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurumluxuryllc@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll gladly make it right.
